Customers should test all products upon recieving them. Any defective product must be returned back to VIG within 7 days after recieving them in order to be claimed as a DOA item, DOA items will be replaced subject to VIG inventory conditions. Refurbished/Offlease Product Warranty PolicyAll refurbished products from VIG Computers contain a 30 day warranty period for parts and labour, unless otherwise indicated on the invoice. VIG will repair or replace the defective product at staffs discretion and VIG inventory conditions. VIG will not warranty any product for physical damage, or hardware that has become defective due to physical damage. VIG charges a 15% restocking fee on all refurbished material returned. Please note: Software is not covered by warranty. Refurbished/Offlease Notebook Warranty PolicyAll notebooks from VIG Computers contain only a 30 day warranty period for parts and labour. VIG will not warranty any notebooks for physical damage, or hardware that has become defective due to physical damage. Batteries contain only DOA warranty, DOA Policy is listed above. DOA Batteries are batteries that only hold a charge for less the 15 minutes or a battery that does not charge. VIG charges a 15% restocking fee on all refurbished notebooks or notebook parts returned. Please note: Software is not covered by warranty. New Product Warranty PolicyAll new products from VIG contain a 30 day in store warranty. All defective products will be replaced subject to VIG inventory conditions. Any new product passed 30 days of purchase will be covered by manufacturer warranty. VIG will assist customer with RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from manufacturer, but customer is responsible for shipping and any additional charges. Physical damage including circuit burns is not covered by VIG warranty. VIG will not return or replace software, for any issues customer must contact the software company. New System Warranty PolicyAll new computers from VIG contain a 1Year parts, 90 days labour period, unless otherwise indicated on the invoice. Any defective part in the system will be replaced depending on VIG inventory conditions within the first 90 days of warranty. Any defective product after the first 90 days of warranty will be sent back to manufacturer for repair or replacement, and a labour fee will be charged. VIG warranty does not include physical damage; VIG has the right to refuse warranty on any product that has become defective due to physical damage. Software will not be covered by VIG warranty, if required customer is responsible for paying any software related charges. VIG Warranty does not cover any incompatibilities due to user's software or any other related peripherals, which the computer may be connected in any way. Warranty privileges will be voided without prejudice if a fraudulent warranty claim is made, or abuse of any VIG equipment or services. |
